With the olive trees now heavy with fruit and the season’s cool breeze in the air, we’ve worked tirelessly to hand-pick every olive at its peak, delivering them fresh to the mill to create what we call “liquid gold.” As the 2024-2025 harvest comes to an end, we’re proud to present our latest harvest in its signature black and pink bottle—but let’s take a closer look at what the product is made of...
It is made of a global community united by the harvest rituals. Guests immerse themselves in the timeless tradition of extra virgin olive oil, joining a process untouched by technology. Volunteers from around the world dedicate their time each year to hand-pick olives from ancient trees. Our professional crew works tirelessly to harvest on time, deliver fresh, intact fruits to the mill, and nurture the trees that sustain our families.
Artists, inspired by our work, generously share their talent to capture and spread the soul of Eumelia. One such artist is Alex Ochsner Photography, who first joined us as a guest in 2022 and returned to document the ancient practice of olive oil making, sharing its beauty with the world through his lens.
The small, family-owned olive mill treats our work with the respect and care it deserves, meeting our high standards every step of the way. And, of course, there’s our family—our children, who find the harvest as magical as Christmas, and our extended family, sending love and support from afar.
Regenerative practices
It is rooted in strict regenerative practices and a grove dating back to ancient Spartan times. Our trees, over 2,500 years old, teach us resilience daily. They remind us that respect, not greed, is what they need. They give generously and require a clean environment and nourishment in return.
Minimal intervention and honoring their natural processes is the least we can do to thank them for sustaining our families. A healthy ecosystem, rich biodiversity of flora and fauna, undisturbed soil, and clean manure from our animals are all it takes to yield abundant, healthy olives—and an exceptionally healthy and flavorful olive oil.
This year’s drought proved that our regenerative practices are enough to withstand a changing climate, reaffirming the timeless wisdom of these ancient trees.
Harmony
Aesthetic harmony is an integral part of our product. Our signature black and pink bottle is not only designed to preserve our liquid gold with its UV-filtering dark glass but also crafted as a striking addition to your pantry or kitchen. Its award-winning minimalist design embodies the principle that less is more, with the color inspired by the reddish soil of our land—a nod to nature as the ultimate logo.
Since ancient Greek times, beauty, or Kallos, has been deeply revered, influencing art, literature, philosophy, and daily life. Similarly, our values of simplicity, humility, and generosity are beautifully reflected in this 1-liter bottle of pure extra virgin olive oil.
Health
In every drop of our extra virgin olive oil, you’ll find health and vitality! Harvested in early fall, it captures the full spectrum of nutrients from green olives and exudes the fresh aromas of cut grass and herbs. Each year, our olive oil is tested for polyphenol levels, consistently earning its status as a nutraceutical product with a certified health claim.
Consuming it fresh and raw is one of the best investments you can make in your health and longevity.

Love
At Eumelia, we simply love what we do, and everything we create is infused with that love. As Frangiskos often shares during his tours, “Intentions, feelings, and vibes are transmitted into fine natural produce. Good intentions, loving feelings, and positive energy make a product even more beneficial, as consumers receive all the good energy of the producer through their food.” Science now supports what humanity has always known: everything is energy!
For us, the harvest is not a "job" or "work" burdened by stress, but a ritual—a joyful series of actions performed with intention and reverence, creating a ceremonial atmosphere. During this ritual, there is no cursing or stress, only positive vibes, smiles, love, and respect for the trees and their fruits. With each harvest, we look forward with anticipation and pride to providing hundreds of people with our most precious produce.
