From Soil to Soul: The Philosophy Behind Our Organic Farm

When we started our journey into organic farming, it wasn’t just about growing crops—it was about creating a new relationship with nature, one rooted in respect and a fresh ethos. We didn’t want to just take from the earth; we wanted to give back, or at least create an environment where nature could heal and replenish herself. That’s how our farm, and the products we create, came to life.

From the beginning, we had this idea of a dialogue—a conversation between the plants, the soil, and the people who work or visit the farm. We wanted to cultivate something that met our human needs but also cared for the needs of the earth. It wasn’t just about growing things; it was about nurturing a living, breathing organism, just like our own bodies.

With my background in homeopathy, I couldn’t help but see the farm as a complex system, much like the human body. Everything needed to work together, and every part had to be in balance. That’s why we planted almond trees alongside olive trees—they complement each other. We also brought in pine, cypress, and grapevines to add more layers to this natural communication.

Our approach was all about polyculture, where different plants and trees support one another. This diversity helps reduce the stress on individual plants and lowers the risk of pests or disease. Our herb fields followed the same principle, with mixed herb walls that not only benefit each other but also bring a sense of balance to the whole farm.

To support this natural harmony, we use homeopathic products tailored for homeodynamic agriculture, which is based on biodynamic principles. We’ve designed our farm with permaculture practices to ensure it works in harmony with nature. It’s all about uniting humans and nature, and protecting the earth by amplifying its resilience and regenerative power.

In the end, this journey is about more than just farming. It’s about creating a space where nature and humanity can thrive together, each supporting the other in a beautiful, interconnected dance.
